Autumnsoon leads to Wintersoon.

These are the days.

I am entering each day with intent,
walking slowly through life.

That's about all I can do, these days.

You see, I have walked through quite the turning inside-out
after several health concerns up-ended my life,
then came a re-discovery of self
and what is needed to nourish my body and clear my brain.

The month of October has always been dear to my soul,
since the going Home of Ziggy, then, Pintō.

Now, all of this October,
I have been under medical watch for various concerns within.

The best news is, my brain is much clearer,
with the fog lifting from my thought processes.

My food and supplement intake has changed.
I am enjoying it, although I wondered at first about how I would "survive" living
without honey, cream, apples, and other used-to-be staples of my past diet.

I celebrate life every day.

My Allies help me be active, and their playful, loving antics feed my soul.

*

I tell ya, life c'ain't get no better.

PS: I like the new acronym "IYKYK."

My doggie girl Pintō and I had this thing about feet.
I loved her feet, and we often posed with only our "feets" in the image.
So, it plumb warmed my heart when Maxwell reached out to hold my foot
this morning.
I've always suspected that Pintō sent Maxwell here to this house, to my heart,
and now I am 100% sure of it.
