February 4, 2026: 

diagnosed with Pulmonary Emboli. 

Long story. 

My immune system caused an inflammatory cytokine response after the 

total hip arthroplasty performed in January. 

Believe me, I was not at all sedentary after surgery. 

Blood clots were not of my doing.

Life is scary sometimes. 

Sometimes I don't know what to say, or how to feel. 

All I know is, 

I'm gonna keep on putting one foot in front of the other.

It's a good life.
