a friend. a birthday.
well, you know,
i did not start this blog for *this* reason.
however.
today i celebrate a friend and her birthday.

she is my closest female friend.
the friend who sticks by me through thick-n-thin.

i work with kathy several nights a week.
ziggy loves kathy *so much*.
he follows her.
all i have to say is "go get kathy" and he does.
while at home i can say "kathy" and zig's head tilts to the side
and his ears fly out sideways.
needless to say,
my heart was full and happy and blessed on that day....
....i went to visit my friend and her fabulous gardens:
she told me just tonight:
"i am a libra and i balance things."
yes, kathy.
i know this quite well.
you balance me out when i am totally crazy.
i love you, my friend.

may we celebrate many more together.

I sometimes don't know what to do with such goodness.The grandchildren took one look at the cake you bougt me and asked If they could have some.I said they had to sing happy birthday first and barely got the sentance out and andrew started singing.Ava was so exited she jumped up and down as she sang. The cake was white with raspberry filling Quite a good day !!
