't'was a quiet evening in the library, with all the children come-and-gone. 
a lengthy discussion was held, our october book club selection
being only one of the many topics. 

and, don't'cha' just love that green pumpkin?
two little girls decided to paint it, solidly green, instead of giving it
the usual hallowe'en face….
