another circle 'round the sun.

every morning, this is my routine :: 

give thanks. 

quiet my mind with metta meditation. 

feed the animals. 

make a pot of chai. 

joural with a cup of that chai at hand. 

i am not perfect. 

some days i stumble through and feel i am losing the battle. 

most days i feel pretty doggone good about who i am. 

it's practice. 

not perfection. 

here's to another year of waking each day and being grateful. 

here's to another year of ending each day with being grateful.
