out and about.

Coyote Hill snow is melting and compressing into and onto itself.
This is the time of year when we usually welcome breakup but there's still
several feet of snow to fully melt before we see ground.
I would guess we are walking on top of at least 5 feet of snow right now.
Pintō and Berry and I continue to snowshoe up-and-out to traverse the forest areas.

One day at a time.
I ain't in charge, here.....

But yet,
it's a good life.

A good life is nothing to sneeze at, to be sure.

Here on the McKenzie in Oregon, its a day of rain, a day of sun, on repeat. Last fall, a ferocious wildfire tore thru here. Heartbreaking to be sure, but with the advent of Spring new growth is appearing all around us. Mother Nature is amazing! But what has totally captured my attention is seeing things appear that weren't here prior to the fire. Specifically fire-related. I had no idea about such things. My wee dog and I go out daily to seek and observe.

It is indeed a good life.

Be well, be safe, and, so glad to know you and YOUR wee doggie go out daily to seek and observe.
