Up Coyote Hill at -4F/-20C.
These days are difficult.
Yet, these days are beautiful, in and of themselves.
Please know this:
I am not complaining.
I am simply telling my story.
Decrease in mental clarity.
The trying to find words when speaking only to find myself
lost in mid-sentence.
The hairfall.
The wanting to isolate just to be by myself.
These are the aftereffects from SARS-CoV-2 that are affecting me,
for the past couple of months going forward
into this present day.
And, you know me:
when the walls are too close and the rooms too small,
I head up Coyote Hill.
Therefore, I give to you this day.
The photos can speak what my brain is having difficulty locating.
These days, going gently with myself means
acknowledging when I must give myself time to rest.
If I am not in contact, please know I think of you with kindest regards.
