Tuesday Truth.

The consistency of the snow on Coyote Hill is much like an unflavoured snow cone
from the convenience store.
However, we still snowshoe every day,
Pintō and Berry 'n' me.
Getting out in the sunshine eases my mind.
Going outside -- even if the skies are grey -- helps me clear away anything that may be
gnawing at my coyote heart.

Right now, I acknowledge what I can control
and I accept what I have no control over.
I am at peace because I stood in my prayer flag forest
and poured out my heart to the wind and the trees
and cried out to my doggie who sleeps in the forest.
I wept, I hollered, I whispered a prayer.

And, now, this feral coyote is at peace.
