Day-to-Day Views.

These are the sunny Solstice days that exhaust me, yet this sun drives me through long full days because we don't often get these long stretches of sunshine without long stretches of rain.
Early to bed (sort of) and early to rise (even though I feel I need more sleep.)
So many tasks and chores to accomplish this summer: walk the pack, paint the house, hoe and water the garden, walk the pack, search for wildflowers, prepare a meal, bake cookies as needed for treats for folks we know, walk the pack again, and finally, do a wash-up and fall into bed. Repeat all over again the very next day. Ain't complaining, just sayin'. The pack (dog-dog-cat) have me going full-tilt-boogie first thing of a morning. When I open my eyes, I listen to birdsong just outside the window. I say my Thank You, and listen to the birds sing their prayers and offerings.

It's a good life, and may you say the same.
