i lived in this cabin. alone. 12 x 16. then mister pencilfox married me and we lived in it together for 5 years. then we built a REAL house. now this little cabin is a book shed. a friend stayed in it for 4 days last august. it's heated with propane. has electic lights. no water/plumbing. perfect for an upscale "camping" experience....or to get lost in, when wanting some time alone with one's books....
