november blog-o-sphere think tank: scents.

********

spruce and fir.

pine.

 icelandic pony.

snow.

woodsmoke.

grass.

dog.

angelo.

bell springs balms.

canadian cheese.
[or should i say "cheeze"??]

these are a few of my favourite scents.

i'd like to add here that i totally and completely abhor cigarette and synthetic perfume.
take me or leave me:
that's just how i am and what my body tolerates.

i'm a natural sort of girl....

Lilac, cedar, mountain streams, horses, leather, alfalfa, fresh-churned earth.
I like you as you are.

Love your photos and the scents they bring to mind, although curious about the icelandic pony smell.....

...and I think you must bathe your dogs more than I do mine :)

our dogs are just naturally scentful, probably from the clean alaska air and from rolling in snow when we have it.

HEY. i didn't say "cheezies"....i said "canadian cheese" which i eat quite often and discovered when i lived in BC. that being said, i'm sure to love my cheezies when i receive them!

If your icelandic ponies smell like the horses down the road, I love that smell, too. Oakmoss and spruce and fir.... and William (after he is freshly bathed). And Cocoa, the wonder dog, as she brushes along the sage bush.

HEY. we must be related.
