i find i am happiest living in a museum

with all the reminders around me

of life 

past 

present

future….

…. reminders of all the love bestowed upon my soul

by my blessedly sweet friends. 

so when i must be at work

when others are celebrating

or sweetly dreaming in the warmth and coziness of their berths

i carry relics and reminders with me,

setting up an altar to center my soul amidst all the craziness and unsettledness. 

life is good. 
so very very good.
