spiritual lessons whilst in lockdown.

for ten days, i have been in self-imposed intense self-care, 
a lockdown of the mind, 
a healing of the spirit. 

 ****

 and then, in the mail, there appeared this spiritual lesson. 
a gift from a friend….






this healing holiday has been just what my spirit needed….
life is good.
