superpower: march blog-o-sphere think tank.
********
topic: superpowers.
if i could pick one, what would it be?
i would want to fly.
years ago, when trapped in a dark and injurious marriage,
when i fell into protective sleep, i would often dream i was flying.
in those dormant visions,
i would simply spread my arms and take off soaring, low to the ground,
and i could see everything happening just underneath me.
and you know….
i really was flying.
when i would wake, it took me a while to reorient,
to feel my spirit reunite with my bodily form.
one of my favourite words is fly….
it is a written and composed reminder of allowing my spirit to take flight
when the burdens and worries of this ol' world
tether themselves like heavy weights
to my coyote feet.

what's this blog-o-sphere think tank?
my friend andes cruz formed a group of friends who blog once a month,
all writing about the same topic.
we don't always have the same viewpoint on the topic at hand,
and that's what makes this all so very interesting.
please join me in perusing my fellow bloggers' posts….
