a cold and snowy smile for my therapists at body in balance physical therapy.
extreme gratitude and a deep bow for what you are doing for me,
not only for my body, but also for my psyche.
i consider each and every one of you my therapists, from the sweet and smiling gals
who work the reception desk,
to my assigned therapeutist.
everything you do is indeed holy….

life is good.

looks like you're getting winter! good to see you out enjoying it! I am a firm believer in physical therapy-- goodness knows my antics keep me a regular at our local practice! we have not had much snow but March is our big month-- still hoping for a good snow day or two, which of course we pay for with the muddy aftermath... heal up and keep loving life, my friend!! xoxo

oh, you also, my friend!!
keep on healing, keep on living life, to its fullest!!
