rotator cuff surgery went well, and i am on the upswing of recovery.
the orthopaedic surgeon said
impressive tear…..it needed to be fixed
and now the healing can take place.

i will be posting here as i can.
this is my season for listening to body and spirit.
most days are good,
and there are a few hellacious moments sprinkled into the mix.

i appreciate my friends writing and keeping in touch.
right now, sitting at the table and penning a card is easier than
typing at the computer.

i hold you all in my thoughts, in my heart.

it's a good life….

I know it will take a period of healing time, and that's for planning, my friend. you've got dreams to manifest!!

So happy the surgery is behind you and your little shoulder muscles are working to heal themselves...I imagine writing by hand is better anyways...xo

Keep up the listening and remember there is no hurry. None whatsoever.
I'm so happy you have Milo there. Seems like great company, that one. And Mister P. :)
