buckwheat hulls.

after trying on and researching many different sorts of pillows, 
i was led to buckwheat hull pillows. 

my pillow is japanese-size at 14 x 20 inches. 

to remain authentic, i went on the hunt for fabric from japan, 

and i was most pleased to be able to purchase it locally at just sew in palmer. 

organic buckwheat hulls and organic lavender  

were puchased online from maid in the woods.
