Spent the day with my BGFF. 

To the city and back. 

So sad, not much good quality fruit in the stores but plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. 

What does this say about our standards and requirements as people who hope to stay healthy in spite of skyrocketing COVID numbers? 

Detoxing in the sauna just in case we were exposed to anything that might make us fall ill. 

I flushed with copious lemon water, 

and Tō gulped fresh water from her bowl. 

So good to be home again, beautiful evening light singing us home.
