this is a day

happy.

i'm rejoicing at having purchased

this past august.
my area of alaska
is
under
an ice storm warning.
everything is covered
with
a sheet of ice.
no joke.
it took me an hour to drive home
15 miles
this morning:
4-wheel drive.
2nd gear on the manual stick.
behind the wheel of
"neelie"
my carnelian-colour jeep.
i am so happy:
home.
jeep.
husband.
friends.
that's all.
just:
happy....

*must* go out. the night nurse position is essential. believe me: quietude and meditation on the road get me through the worst of it.
