blog-o-sphere think tank: favourite place to which i have travel'd.

********

a favourite oldtimer used to talk about
fishing in the snake river in idaho.
he would say:
i fished the snake river in ideeho.

we were fast friends:
verne owned an original whizzer.
i own a reproduction whizzer.
we used to sit together.
eat pork rinds together.
talk about our whizzers.

in february of 2011:
zig and i travel'd to idaho.
we went to ideeho.

i was thrilled beyond thrilled
to visit the snake river.

i called mister pencilfox
while snapping these photos.
he told me of a story:
when a young boy.
fishing on the banks of the snake river.
he caught the biggest trout ever.

memories are what we make them.
this time in idaho will always live in my heart:
i travel'd to the snake river in ideeho.
