but, this one spoke to me, because in the lengthwise center of the scarf are the words:

believe in yourself.

Grandma used to wear scarves like that!......(of course, she also wore onion sacks on her head....to keep away headaches, she told me).

yeah….i felt strangely "grandma" when i wrapped this scarf around my head. i felt strangely….you know….like it was natural and real….like it was in my blood.
somehow i don't think mamie would have done this. maybe i'm getting to be more like "your side" of the family. [~wink]
