five things friday.

1. another rough week: 

cannot get into it here

but let's just say i cried

and 

doubted myself

many times during the week's work.

            

2. mister pencilfox is my best friend. 

there's a thin line between love and hate 

but 99.9% of the time i'm on the "love" side of the line.

3. re: 2. today mister pencilfox surprised me 

with a handled dandelion puller. 

i told him: if you ever need to buy a gift for me, 

that's what i'd like. 

so he did.

4. today we did the "costco run" trip to the city. 

5. we ate at our favourite "joint". 

arctic roadrunner AKA local burgerman. 

has been in business since the 60s. 

salmon burgers. halibut burgers. 

fries. onion pieces. beans or cole slaw. 

you got it: salmon burger for me.
